Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept exchanges only if:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item received is wrong size, wrong product, or defective/damaged

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items with signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage caused after delivery
  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Exchange Process

  • Contact us within 7 days at info@doria.com
  • Share your order number and issue details with images (if applicable)
  • After approval, follow return instructions provided by our team

Important Notes

  • Shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective
  • All returned items must pass quality inspection before exchange is processed
  • We do not offer refunds, only exchanges
